At Mavrun, we take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. As our items are consumable and perishable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@mavrun.in with:

Our team will review your concern and respond with the best possible solution. If your refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 days. If you want Exchange and if approved the product will be delivered within 5-7 days.
Please note: any claim made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
